We have been working with Louis Dekoster, Executive Chef from Pine Mountain Resort in Michigan, on original recipe ideas with our Marieke Gouda. This Saturday he will visit our farm in Thorp and perform cooking demos featuring Marieke Gouda.
Rich's Sausage Shak from Lublin and Flowers by Lara with Kari's Koffee from Thorp will also be our featured guests with more vendors possible. Farm tours will be given of Dutch Dairy every hour beginning at 9 am.
