Marieke Gouda Burning Mélange is a incredible tasting cheese, with its combination of stinging nettle, chives, celery, parsley, dried onion & garlic. This flavored cheese is a very Dutch tasting cheese, that’s reminds me of home, Holland.
Serving suggestions: A red wine with lower alcohol and nice fruit and not a lot oak like Cabernet franc or Dolcetto from Italy.
